Dear Nablopomo Folks

I just realized that some of my posts aren't dated correctly. It looks like I posted more than once some days and not at all others. But the reality is that I have been posting every day. It's just that I started some posts the night before when I had some thoughts I didn't want to lose. I didn't finish those posts until the next day when I hit publish, but bloody Blogger shows the date as when I started the post, not when I hit publish. I hope this doesn't disqualify me?

Thanks.

There's a little line at the bottom of the posting screen that says "post and comment options." (In Firefox. It may appear differently in IE. In Safari it might not show up until you click Preview and then Hide Preview.) Click on post and comment options and then some options appear and you can change the date and time of the post to reflect exactly when you publish it. If that makes no sense, e-mail me.

I figured out that little trick of Blogger's after I published my birthday post for the Pie: I aimed very carefully to hit publish at exactly 8:53 am - the moment she was born. And then I realized (a) the time on the post was 15 minutes earlier, when I first cut-and-paste the post into the compose box, and (b) if I wanted the time of the post to be 8:53, I could have just put that in instead of sitting there with finger poised over "publish" for 90 seconds, trying to hit the exact middle of the minute in case Blogger's clock was different from mine.

well it worked for one post, but for some reason it's not working on the other... I already knew about that but thought it would be cheating. Thanks for the permission though.

b&p, LOL...
