Hey look! It's Swee'pea, dressed up as a sullen teenager dressing up as a zebra!
Just kidding...
And Sugar D's jack'o'lantern, which sadly started aging prematurely.
I think his crowning moment was when a kid walked up on the porch and said, "Wow, what a great pumpkin! That's a black widow spider!" Which was absolutely accurate.

Hahahahah! That first pic. is priceless! He DOES look like a sullen teenager!
He totally does look all gothic and irritated. And adorable.
Sweet pumpkin (show-off).
It must have taken ages to carve.
I love the pictures--sullen and adorable.
CUTE!
And all five of our pumpkins are ROTTEN. NASTY.
Our pumpkin died, too. But yours looks great!
And Swee'Pea does have that teenage grumpus about him in that first shot.
He looks as if he is about to start a punk band. No wait, he looks as if he is about to start the punk movement.
I really think your Swee'pea and my Peanut might have something in common - from the hair colour to the belligerent teenager look.
Love the pumpkin - what a huge amount of work must have gone into it!
What a great costume! And wow is he ever a redhead..!
I've taken to carving my pumpkin only the night before for just such a wilting problem.
Isn't it funny how sometimes you catch that tiny glimpse of the some-day grownup hiding inside? How sweet to capture it on film!
i think next year your cute wee zebra would look good in a Clockwork Orange costume. ;)
and Sugar D is a pumpkin god.
It's the hourglass thing that gave it away.
HILARIOUS picture!
And fantastic pumpkin!
Awesome pumpkin. Puts ours to shame.
And that zebra is v. cute.
