sleepless
It's after midnight and I can't sleep. Between Swee'pea's feverish barking coughs and sweaty little body pushing me off the bed and overheating me and my racing mind (Sugar D has a second interview next week for the local job -- Hurrah!) and a crazy hard deadline that I couldn't get as much done on because of Swee'pea's illness and wondering if I'll have to stay home again tomorrow since Sugar D can't stay home tomorrow when he needs a day next week for the interview... ugh. It seems to me that the medicine isn't working on Swee'pea's fever. When I finally surrendered my four inches of bed and got up, you know what the feverish leach did? He moved back into the centre of the bed. Oh, the irony.

weird how parallel our nights were, mine last night, yours i gather the night before.

Nights like that are nothing short of torture. Physical and mental torture. I vote you sneak a little of SP's medicine for yourself... I'm wishing you all a restful night, tonight.
Tylenol cold and cough medicine.

I'm so sorry...sharing a bed with a feverish tot is no fun, I've been there.
Oh, girl...it sounds like I've missed a lot over here. Going to go back and check some past posts. In the meantime, I hope SP is feeling better and that everyone got some shuteye...eventually.
