so many suckers on my sacro-illiac*

Apparently I let my backbone slide.

Guess what exercises I need to do to support my sacro-illiac and prevent it from slipping out again? Kiegels.

Yippee...

wait, wait. Could you say more? Are you suggesting that your SI joint is out of whack, and kiegels will help? Please, please tell me that is what you are saying (my SI joint would thank you).

And...what flutter said. The muscles on the floor of the pelvis, along with back, abdomen, and diaphragm musles, are part of that "core" that you work on strengthening.

Niki, yes that is what I'm saying. Apparently the pelvic floor is very involved in supporting the SI joint and keigels are how you strengthen the pelvic floor.
