A coworker called me kind today. I don't think anyone has ever called me kind, certainly not at work. Neurotic, confident, warm, smart, assertive, annoying -- sure. But kind? It's unprecedented. And really nice.

Cinn, you are an incredibly kind person. You're a great listener and you're always one of the first people to offer a coffee break escape to talk things out when work gets hairy.

Perhaps it's never been said because people assume that it's so obvious, you must already know.
