See - it all does happen for a reason. Now you're confident in knowing that you really want the house and what you're willing to sacrifice in order to get it! Go all out if you know this is the one! I want two happy house stories in this office (SS got her house!).

Ok. We sweetened our offer and they decided to negotiate with us instead of the other buyer.
So they've made some changes to the offer and we have until 10 am tomorrow to decide whether we'll sign (and get the house) or not.
Oooh!
