Your form for receiving comments online SUCKS! It only allows 255 characters. I managed to cut my message (see below) to 260 characters but still it was refused. Now my message is kind of rude. All I want is my shampoo and conditioner back. Why would you want to limit the feedback you receive? Perhaps I will send it in pieces... ah yes that should work.
